An organization tied to America's military. Its highest influence is in North America. Unlike the Dawn organization it doesn't have a surface. It is a completely shadowed organization. <Equipment Smith> and his <Rebels> are part of the organization. Both <Tempest Judge> and <Equipment Smith> are affiliated with the organization though it was only the later who openly admit his affiliation.
