Professor Tsukumo, also known as the ≪Blaze Innovator≫ is Sakuya's Grandfather. He is also the one who successfully managed to seal Julie's ≪Black Beast≫ by using the ≪Lucifer≫ . It is not stated whether he's dead or just retired. When he left the Dawn Organization Sakuya took the leadership becoming his successor, thus naming her the ≪Blaze Diabolica≫ .
